Aerial Yoga

In aerial Yoga we use the Antigravity Fitness Hammocks, where we hang, flip and fly, stretch and workout. This is a suspension fitness and aerial yoga fusion of techniques.

“If you can ‘suspend your disbelief’ I guarantee that I can make you feel healthier, happier & taller in just one session” Christopher Harrison (Antigravity Fitness creator)

  • Decompresses tight joints.
  • Lengthens and realigns the spine.
  • Increases muscular strength and flexibility.
  • Stretch further with less strain.
  • Releases ‘happy hormones’- serotonin and endorphins.
  • Refreshes the lymphatic, digestive and circulatory systems.

The objective of Antigravity Fitness is to break down tensions and scars in the muscle tissue fibre while creating more flexibility and elasticity in the joints and muscles.
