The objective of Antigravity Fitness is to break down tensions and scars in the muscle tissue fibre while creating more flexibility and elasticity in the joints and muscles.

  • Very high/very low blood pressure
  • Easy onset vertigo
  • Osteoporosis
  • Recent head injuries
  • Fainting

The MAIN principle of AntiGravity Fitness is to have FUN and that is our aim…to fly High, achieve High and get High from natural endorphines and do things you just would not get to do anywhere else!
