Antigravity Etiquette – please read

There are many benefits of Antigravity Fitness here are a few…

Health Considerations
The objective of Antigravity Fitness is to break down tensions and scars in the muscle tissue fibre while creating more flexibility & elasticity in the joints & muscles.
Here is a list of a few contraindications to be mindful of…
*Recent surgery
*Irregular heart function
*Very high/very low blood pressure
*Easy onset vertigo
*Recent head injuries
The MAIN principle of AntiGravity Fitness is to have FUN and that is our aim…to fly High, achieve High and get High from natural endorphines and do things you just would not get to do anywhere else!
By the end of next year we will aim to run AntiGravity for Kids too – even MORE FUN!!!

  • how much is the anti gravity yoga and can I pay weekly

    • Hi Sharon, the wednesday 6pm session is a workshop and can be attended on a pay as you go basis and is £9 a session or you can book a 4 week block for £32 (you can choose a differnt session if you cant attend the same every week where space allows) The Antigravity Fitness sessions are currently only running as 4 week courses for the same price. If there are slots available on the day of one of the antigravity fitness sessions we will promote on facebook and twitter or we can be messaged and a payg place can be taken for £9.       You are welcome to book onto any of our classes as they are multi level and at this time of year we have quite a few new ladies starting so a good time to trial a class. We have mon 7.30pm, Tuesday 6.30pm and Wednesday 6pm. You can book online for a payg class at Any problems, let me know, thanks, Danni

  • Hi, I’m booked for Wednesday evening sessions but didn’t realise there was different abilities. I am a total beginner and have never done anything like this before. Would this class be suitable on a Wednesday?

    • Hi, we have a kids class ages 5 – 14. For adult classes we do invite young teenagers if they are coming with a parent as long as they understand it is an adult class and will be treated in the same way and in return behave the same for us.
