Fitness drills and basic skills using the Pole for a High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout.

Utilising basic skills such as pull up crunch, carousel kick and various other non complicated skills we will work to timings and / or music, offering varied intensity training that is sure to get up a sweat and put your body into a metabolic state of fat burning.

It is a bare foot class and leggings or shorts with a vest top recommended – wear layers too on cooler days.

This is a pay as you go class open to all from beginners to advanced.

MEMBERS: these are people who are already booked onto one of our 8 week courses

NON MEMBERS: these are people who are NOT on our 8 week courses.
