Due to the current closure of our little community studio because of the lockdown with regards to the Coronavirus we want to stay connected.  We want to give our studio a chance to survive this nightmare and come out the other side with a place for you to return to BUT we want you to feel fit, strong and healthy to return to where you left off.

With this in mind we have created ‘High @ Home’ We are operating a private Facebook group where we are posting daily with workouts, nutrition, guided meditations, motivation and challenges… maybe this time in isolation will be the perfect time to work on your splits, your shoulder or core strength.

There will are a series of  fitness workouts with Danni, Laura, Annalie and Becca – just you and a mat.  If you’ve got kids off school this can be their PE time.

There are Pole fitness workouts and breakdowns of flow routines and other moves too.

Annalie and Becca are putting together Yoga flows, flexibility, mobility and Barre conditioning workouts.

We will give you motivation and mindset material to keep your heads in a good place… isolation could get pretty lonely but this will keep us connected.

We are going live with workouts daily via FB Live within the group or via a private ZOOM class.

Also, nutritional advise to keep us healthy at home.

There are 8-10 live workouts a week to choose from, or do them all over and over again.  Also, daily communication and motivation.

For this we ask for £30/month to help us pay our rent and to keep the studio open and our instructors paid.
