In Aerial Hammocks we use the Antigravity Fitness Hammocks to fuse concepts from yoga, pilates, acrobatics and fitness. We hang, flip and fly, stretch and workout. This is a suspension fitness and aerial yoga fusion of techniques.
“If you can ‘suspend your disbelief’ I guarantee that I can make you feel healthier, happier & taller in just one session” Christopher Harrison (Antigravity Fitness creator)
